Larger commercial jobs may take 2 to 3 days, but the fast-cure chemistry means we are never on-site for a full week the way traditional epoxy contractors are.
How is this different from epoxy?
Traditional epoxy coatings peel, chip, and yellow under UV within a few years — especially in hot garages and outdoor patios. Our polyurea and polyaspartic systems are chemically bonded to the concrete, four times more flexible than epoxy, and warrantied against peeling and chipping. That is why Maverick Concrete Coatings does not offer epoxy at all — we only install the newer, longer-lasting chemistry.
