I post this review with the Caveat that I will review it at least annually to give a true testament to the durability of the revaflex pool decking. Ethan, Lorenzo and Rusty did an outstanding job of installation. There were initial hiccups like we paid for concrete stitches and the crew did not have them, nor were they tracking installation of them. One call to our sales representative Stefanie and it was quickly taken care of by GM Josh. The finished product looks amazing after the first two days and feels far better than cracked and hot concrete. It is hard to believe how meticulous Ethan and Lorenzo were and how well them and Rusty functioned as a well oiled team. I give five stars on professionalism, knowledge of the product and willingness to fix minor issues as they arose. As for durability of the product, we will have to see how the next ten years go before we have the second application of the binder and protector applied. Let us see if this stuff is truly as durable as they say and if their warranty is not just words on paper but backed by action.
