What we do: Install industry leading concrete coatings

We use top of the line equipment, installing the industry's leading products with the best results and warranty! We transform ugly concrete into a beautiful, easy to clean surface. We specialize in coating garages, patios, porches, sidewalks, and pool decks.

What we offer: Competitive compensation and a focus on work/life balance

Full Time, 4 day work week, 10 hour days

Pay Starting at: $20/hr with a potential raise after a 90 day performance review

Pay is based upon experience with production incentives and opportunities for advancement.

Duties will include managing a crew of 2-3 people, truck and trailer driver, machine operator, floor diamond grinding, painting, etc. Paid training is provided!

Requirements: 
Your own transportation to and from work
4 day work week
8-10 hour days
10 hours per day guaranteed w/ Optional Overtime
Must live in Middle Tennessee
