Maverick Concrete Coatings guarantees that our products will not yellow from UV exposure for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Our coatings are also warranted not to chip, peel, separate, or delaminate from properly prepared and installed vertical or horizontal surfaces, whether interior or exterior, for the lifetime of the original purchaser. All products are warranted to be free from defects under these conditions.

If a failure occurs, replacement is limited to the original cost of materials or replacement at the discretion of Maverick Concrete Coatings (excluding shipping, taxes, and tariffs). Our sole responsibility under this warranty is the cost of replacement materials to repair or correct the affected areas.

A representative or original factory-trained installer must inspect the failed areas to determine the cause and method of failure before any repair is performed. Installers will make every effort to address and repair any issues promptly and effectively.

This warranty applies only to materials at their original installation location. The warranty will be void if materials are installed in violation of local building codes or ordinances, or in any situation for which the product was not intended.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, alterations, animal chewing or clawing, cutting, chipping, accidents, fire, corrosive liquids, extreme heat (over 250°F), smoke damage, iron oxide penetration, hydrostatic water pressure, or similar conditions.

The warranty also does not apply if the substrate was not properly prepared according to Maverick Concrete Coatings instructions, or if products were installed, applied, or mixed with unapproved materials, including solvents, thinners, or coatings, or applied over inferior existing paints or coatings. Products must be used only for their intended purposes.

 Proper concrete surface preparation is critical. Mechanical grinding must remove all previous coatings, sealers, laitance, efflorescence, water repellents, curing compounds, oils, grease, waxes, and any other contaminants that would interfere with adhesion. The prepared surface must meet the required profile (50–100 grit), have a neutral pH of 7, and a moisture vapor transmission not exceeding 3 pounds. Maverick Concrete Coatings is not responsible for determining the presence of moisture within the concrete substrate.

Under this warranty, Maverick Concrete Coatings’ liability is limited solely to the cost of replacement materials necessary to repair or replace failed areas.

To make a warranty claim, promptly contact Maverick Concrete Coatings at service@maverickconcretecoatings.com . Be sure to include the type of material, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. You must also provide photos of the alleged damage.

Maverick Concrete Coatings reserves the right to inspect the claimed defective material and verify warranty coverage at our facility or laboratory. This warranty is limited to replacement materials for the original purchaser, based on the amount required to repair or replace the defective product. The customer is responsible for any remaining installation costs or any increase in product price above the original purchase price.

Please note: any coated surface can be slippery, particularly when wet. Maverick Concrete Coatings is not responsible for injuries resulting from slips or falls. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safety of themselves and their guests. While slip-resistant additives can help reduce risk, there is no guarantee that someone will not slip on coated surfaces.

Customers who have damage via cracks, crumbling or substrate failure are eligible to have their coatings repaired with a minimum service charge starting at $250. Damage the customer causes to their own floor are eligible to be repaired as well.

No one is authorized to make any additional warranties on behalf of Maverick Concrete Coatings. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the applicable warranty period specified above.

Maverick Concrete Coatings’ sole liability for any defect is limited to the terms outlined in this warranty. Claims for incidental or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, damage from water leakage—are excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We recommend that you print and retain this warranty certificate for your records. Complete the information on the reverse if provided. Reasonable proof of purchase and/or the effective date of the warranty must be presented, including product batch numbers if available. If proof is unavailable, the warranty effective date will default to the manufacture date of the identified batch.

We warranty that our TSR Concrete Coatings products will not yellow due to UV rays for a lifetime of the original purchaser and will not chip, peel, separate or delaminate from its properly installed and prepared, vertical or horizontal, interior or exterior surface for lifetime of the original purchaser. TSR Concrete Coatings warrants that all products will be free from defects under these conditions. Replacement is limited to original cost of materials or replacement, at the choice of TSR Concrete Coatings (excluding shipping, taxes, and/or tariffs). TSR Concrete Coatings sole responsibility under this warranty shall be the cost of replacement materials to fix or repair the failed areas only. A representative or original factory trained installer must be present to assess the failed areas and judge the cause and mode of failure prior to any fix or repairs being made. Installers shall make their best effort to repair any issues in a timely manner.

This warranty applies to the material at its original place or installation. The warranty will be void if the materials are installed in violation of applicable local codes or ordinances, or if installed in a particular situation not intended for product use.

Abuse, alterations, damage due to animal chewing or clawing, cutting, chipping, accident, fire, corrosive liquids, extreme heat damage (over 250 degrees F), smoke damage, iron oxide penetration, hydrostatic water pressure and the like. Failure to properly prepare the substrate surface as per TSR Concrete Coatings instructions or advisories, or if products are installed or applied on top of, or mixed with other products not approved within the supplied instructions such as mixing TSR products with unapproved solvents or thinners, or applying TSR products over existing inferior paints or coatings, or otherwise using the products for other than their approved intended use. Proper concrete surface preparation by mechanical grinding includes removing all previous coatings, sealers, laitance, efflorescence, water repellents, curing compounds, oils, grease, waxes, and any other impediments to adhesion. The required surface profile must have a minimum 50 to 100 grit, a neutral pH of 7 and a moisture vapor transmission not to exceed 3 pounds. TSR Concrete Coatings is not responsible for determining if moisture transmission exists within the concrete substrate. TSR Concrete Coatings warranty liability will not exceed the cost of replacement materials.

Promptly notify TSR Concrete Coatings at service@tsrconcretecoatings.com, from whom the surface was installed and purchased, supply type of material, date of purchase and a description of the problem. A requirement of the warranty is that if you are attempting to make a claim you must submit pictures of the alleged damage to the email above. TSR Concrete Coatings reserves the right at all times to inspect the claimed defective material and verify warranty coverage at its factory laboratory. This warranty shall be limited to replacement materials to the original purchaser of the product cost as determined by the amount of replacement materials required to repair or replace the defective product. The customer shall be responsible for the remainder of any costs of installation or product price increase over and above the original purchase price. Any surface can be slippery, especially when wet with any fluid. In no event shall TSR Concrete Coatings be responsible for injury incurred by a slip or fall situation. It is the purchasers sole responsibility to provide for their own safety and the safety of their guests. While slip resistant additives assist slip/fall prevention, there is no guarantee that someone will not slip while walking on coated areas. TSR Concrete Coatings assumes no responsibility for slip-fall accidents.

SOLE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY DEFECT SHALL BE AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY AND ANY CLAIMS FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGE FROM WATER LEAKAGE) ARE EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We suggest you print this certificate and complete the information on the reverse and retain this warranty certificate in the event this warranty information is needed. Reasonable proof of purchase and/or the effective date of the warranty must be presented and/or product batch numbers, otherwise the effective date will be based upon the date of the identified batch manufacture.
